These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Mitzvah Gelt website and mobile application. Mitzvah Gelt is owned and operated by Louis Avanti Events, LLC (“Mitzvah Gelt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the service

Mitzvah Gelt provides a digital experience for sending cash gifts and personal cards in connection with Bar and Bat Mitzvah celebrations. Features, availability, and supported payment methods may change as the service develops.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes. The service is intended for adults, parents or guardians, and invited guests. Minors may use the service only with parent or guardian involvement and permission.

Gifts and payments

You are responsible for confirming the recipient, gift amount, and personal message before completing a transaction. Payments may be processed by third-party providers and may also be subject to their terms, fees, limits, and dispute procedures. Unless required by law, completed gifts may not be reversible through Mitzvah Gelt.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful content, interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use automated methods to extract data, or use Mitzvah Gelt for fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited transaction.

Personal messages and content

You retain responsibility for messages and other content you submit. You grant us permission to process and deliver that content as needed to provide the service. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Louis Avanti Events, LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated here and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
